India and Poland set trade target of $5 billion by 2018

• India and Poland decided to boost economic ties aiming to more than double trade to US $5 billion by 2018 
• In the last year trade between the two countries was $2.3 billion last year
• The meeting was co-chaired by Secretary in the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) Amitabh Kant and Poland's Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy, Jerzy Pietreiwicz.

India's Junior shooters won Shooting Hopes competition

• Indian junior shooting squad won two gold, five silver and two bronze medals from the Shooting Hopes competition in Plzen, Czech Republic.
• The tournament has a participation of 300 shooters from 20 countries

Sunil Chhetri the First Indian to Score 50 International Goals

• Sunil Chhetri is the first Indian footballer to score 50 international goals
• Sunil Cchetri got this achievement in his 87th match, when his team's 2018 World Cup qualifying match against Guam 
• Former captain Bhaichung Bhutia in the second with 42 goals in 107 matches
