Rahul leads opposition charge

After the return of Rahul Gandhi he is going to led the opposition charge against Narendre Modi Government. He managed all the opposition party around him.
Rahul Gandhi told in the parliament that the government is anti farmer and pro corporate government. Congress president Sonia Gandhi was not present during the discussion.

Former Bengal under 19 Captain dies

Bengal batsman Ankit Keshri passed away on 20-04-2015 due to an injury sustained during a match on April 17. He was a right hander batsman and was the captain of former under 19 team.

Indian Navy stealth destroyer launched at the Mazagaon Docks

Indian Navy's new indigenous destroyer is Launched at Mumbai's Mazagaon Dock. Admiral R.K Dhowan said the aim was to increase the indigenous component in the coming years. At present there are 48 ships and submarines under construction in various public and private shipyards in India. 

Neeraj Kumar Appointed BCCI’s ACSU chief

Former Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar was appointed as chief advisor of the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) Anti Corruption & Security Unit (ACSU) for a term of one year. The decision to appoint Neeraj Kumar to the top post was taken at the Governing Council Meeting of the Indian Premier League New Delhi, which was chaired by IPL chairman Rajeev Shukla. He will succeed Ravi Sawant as his term ended and will have term of one year.

Near Field Communications payments Service Launches ICICI Bank

India’s largest private sector lender ICICI Bank has launched a new service called ‘Tap n Pay’ which enables Near Field Communications (NFC) payments for users using NFC enabled tag or mobile phone at the merchant’s point-of-sale device. It was launched by bank in collaboration with Tech Mahindra. ICICI Bank’s ‘Tap-n-Pay’ payment service is based on the near-field communications (NFC) technology. It can be used for merchant payments by merely tapping a NFC-enabled mobile phone or a tag on the counter. One important feature of this service is that it is a close-end one, only for a close group of customers, like canteen payments at the work place, and not universal like a debit or credit card. Any person having any bank account, and not limited to ICICI customers, can avail the service. 

BJP crosses over 10 crore members mark, becomes world's largest party
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday claimed to have crossed the 10-crore membership mark continuing to be the "largest" party in the world.In a tweet, party president Amit Shah said this is milestone for any democratic movement. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated BJP leaders and workers for achieving the feat.BJP Parliamentary Party gave a standing ovation on the completion of its 10 crore membership target to party President at the concluding session of party MPs workshop yesterday. The ongoing membership drive will come to an end on 30th of this month.
