J&K CM against Anti-National acts

J&K CM Mufti Mohammed Sayeed against those who hoisted the Pakisthani Flag at a rally of Hurriyat leaderSayedd Ali Shah Geelani Srinagar would face tough action. Such an action is unacceptable and Home Minister Rajnath Singh asked him to take action. 

Supreme court forms new Constitution to bench hear NJAC pleas

A day after Justice Anil R Dave rescued himself from the Constitution Bench set up to hear the petitions challenging the National Judiciary Appoinments Commission law the Supreme Court reconstituted the Bench with Justice J.S Khehar as the lead Judge. The new Bench start hear the petitions from April 21.

Agni-III Test fired for short range

Strategic Forces Command personnel successfully test fired nuclear weapons capable Agni-III ballistic missile for a lesser range. The two stage missile has a range of 3000KM but was tested only a range of 1500 KM. The total length of the missile is 17m. The test was conducted at Wheeler Island Odisha coast.
