AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT HOPEFUL ON CIVIL NUCLEAR DEAL

The Australian government is confident of resolving issues over the civil nuclear deal when officials meet next week. The Foreign minister Julie Bishop also hoped the framework of uranium trade could be concluded in 2015. India and Australia signed the civil nuclear deal signed in September 2014.
 

GOVT. DECISION ON END COLLEGIUM SYSTEM OF JUDGES

Judges job is to judge cases and not to appoint judges the union government notified on Monday. The notification brings into immediate effect the National Judicial Appointments Commission Act 2014 and 99th Constitution amendment Act.

NORTH KOREAN FOREIGN MINISTER MEETS SUSHMA

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met her North Korean Counterpart Ri Su Yong here on Monday. He is in India for three days visit at the invitation of Sushma Swaraj.

RAMDEV GETS MINISTER STATUS IN HARIYANA
